Admissions

The official Application Form, provided with the Prospectus, must be completed and submitted along with the Registration Fee, which is non-refundable. However, registration does not guarantee admission or seat reservation. Admission is open for all classes on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the limited number of seats available per class. The Principal reserves the right to close registration at any time.

If a child is unable to attend school for any reason, parents must notify the school on the first day of absence. We monitor absenteeism in detail as follows:
◆ Authorized Absence - When a proper notice is given.
◆ Unauthorized Absence - When no prior notice is provided.
Please note that students will not be allowed to leave the school premises during the school day unless:
◆ The school receives a valid reason from the parents.
◆ A known adult comes to collect the child.
◆ The parent/guardian signs the register at the reception if taking the child out during school hours.

It is essential for children to arrive at school on time. Repeated tardiness can be upsetting for the child and disruptive to the class. If no valid reason is provided, frequent late arrivals may be considered unauthorized absences.

Sundays, religious festivals, and national holidays are observed as official school holidays.
